Description
Of pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose shows a nice aromatic range of complexity, ripe fruit notes of quince, amalgamating with floral scents of wildflowers.
On the palate it is dense, with the freshness and flavor notes which leave a pleasant aromatic persistence.
Serve at a temperature of 10 ° C, it goes well with the typical dishes of fish and seafood: clams and grostacei, pasta or rice with fish sauce, squid stew, grilled or fried fish, sea bream baked, tuna mousse.
