The passage in bronze dies gives the pasta a rough and porous surface, ideal to retain and absorb the seasonings. The drying of the dough takes place at very low temperatures and with very long times, allowing the dough to keep alive all the nutrients and taste un’eccelente food. Our pasta is an expression of the culture and tradition of the territory.
