class=\"gda-legal-num\">01<\/span>\n<div>\n<h2>Scope<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>These terms govern all supplies made by <strong>M.P. Trade AG<\/strong> (hereinafter \u201cGenti delle Alture\u201d) to professional customers through its sites in Au (ZH) and Ecublens (VD).<\/li>\n<li>Any different arrangements are valid only if agreed in writing with Genti delle Alture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"gda-legal-sedi\">\n<div class=\"gda-legal-sede\"><p class=\"gda-legal-sede-tag\">Zurich site<\/p><p><strong>M.P. Trade AG<\/strong><br>Chemin de Verney 2<br>1024 Ecublens<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"gda-legal-section\" id=\"cgv-ordini\">\n<span class=\"gda-legal-num\">02<\/span>\n<div>\n<h2>Orders<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Orders can be sent by email to the address of the relevant site (see below) or through your area agent.<\/li>\n<li>The order office is available for orders and information:\n<ul class=\"gda-legal-sub\">\n<li>Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 17:00<\/li>\n<li>Friday, 8:00 to 16:00<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li>Orders received outside office hours are processed on the next working day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"gda-legal-sedi\">\n<div class=\"gda-legal-sede\"><p class=\"gda-legal-sede-tag\">Orders \u2013 Zurich site<\/p><p><a href=\"mailto:ordinizurigo@gentidellealture.com\">ordinizurigo@gentidellealture.com<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"gda-legal-sede\"><p class=\"gda-legal-sede-tag\">Orders \u2013 Vaud site<\/p><p><a href=\"mailto:ordinivaud@gentidellealture.com\">ordinivaud@gentidellealture.com<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"gda-legal-section\" id=\"cgv-prezzi\">\n<span class=\"gda-legal-num\">03<\/span>\n<div>\n<h2>Prices and VAT<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<li>List prices may change at any time; the price in force on the date of order confirmation applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"gda-legal-section\" id=\"cgv-pagamenti\">\n<span class=\"gda-legal-num\">04<\/span>\n<div>\n<h2>Payments<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment for supplies must be made according to the methods and terms set out below:\n<ul class=\"gda-legal-sub\">\n<li>direct invoice, with cash payment on delivery of the goods;<\/li>\n<li>immediate invoice, with payment by bank transfer;<\/li>\n<li>issue of a delivery note, with subsequent invoicing on the 15th or 30th of the relevant month.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li>Any payment methods and\/or terms other than those set out above must be agreed in writing between the Parties. In such cases, deferred payment terms of up to a maximum of 60 days from the invoice issue date may be granted, in compliance with applicable law.<\/li>\n<li>Deductions not agreed in advance will be recharged. In the event of late payment, default interest and reminder fees may be charged; Genti delle Alture also reserves the right to suspend further deliveries until payment is made in full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"gda-legal-section\" id=\"cgv-consegne\">\n<span class=\"gda-legal-num\">05<\/span>\n<div>\n<h2>Deliveries<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliveries are made according to the weekly schedule for each cantonal zone, using our own temperature-controlled vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Extraordinary, off-schedule or urgent deliveries must be agreed with the order office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"gda-legal-section\" id=\"cgv-reclami\">\n<span class=\"gda-legal-num\">06<\/span>\n<div>\n<h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Goods must be checked on delivery.
